H.H. Holmes: Release Day!

H.H. Holmes: Release!

Wishing a big THANK YOU to everyone who picked up a copy of Zenescope’s Grimm Tales of Terror Quarterly: H.H. Holmes.

I appreciate everyone who picked up this important book. The feedback has been outstanding, with many calling it my best, most twisted, work yet. Having a new comic book out for #NCBD felt great, but nothing felt better than seeing the picture above. The original supporter of my writing, my dad, the judge, picked up a copy of all three covers. When no one believed in my writing, he did and now he’s always first in line to read one of my new books. Thank you, Dad.

After only one day on the shelves, I was already overwhelmed by the number of people online and through social media who shared their purchases with me. Here are just a few screenshots of early-pick-ups. Many seem to favor Cover B, the Skull cover from David Seidman!

If you picked up a copy, I’d love to hear what you thought! Contact me through the website contact form or let me know via social media what you thought of H.H. Holmes. Was it frightening? Did you see the twists coming?

If you haven’t picked up a copy yet, ask your local comic shop or go to Zenescope’s website. Digital copies are also available through Comixology!

With 9 confirmed and 200 suspected souls on his hands, HH Holmes is one of the most notorious serial killers of all time. It has been over 100 years and his name is still synonymous with murder and torture.

But now over a century later in the city of Chicago bodies are showing up, and the way they are being found is way too familiar to those who know the history of this city. Is there a copycat loose showing their idolization for the famed killer or is there something more sinister happening here? 80 pages.
